Today I went to Zhujiajiao with Yijia (another Bryant student) and Boqian. Zhujiajiao is a small “river town” about an hour outside of Shanghai via bus. The town is built right on the banks of the river, which gives it a certain old-world enchantment.

We leisurely covered the entire village on foot in about two hours then took a boat back to where we started. It was a nice slow-paced respite from the busy extravagance of Shanghai.
