Yang’s Fried Dumplings (soup dumplings) — only about the best tasting thing in the universe! These pork dumplings are fried on one side and sealed with meat and soup broth inside. Two of us ordered six each (three orders of 4) and went back for more. In the end we ended up eating ten dumplings each. I think I’ve found what I want to take back to America with me!
